We have a 15 day return policy for a full refund of the item, and 30 days for a credit on our site, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the event of a return with a refund request, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case of return with an exchange request caused by a manufacturing defect (with proof), we assume the shipping costs. In this case, we will send you a return shipping label, along with commentary instructions and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Trades The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
