production time is generally 4 to 5 weeks after final approval of the artwork and payment of the deposit. this timeline may vary depending on the quantity, type of customization, and time of year.
what types of customization do you offer?

ideally, we need a vector file, such as:

a high-resolution png file may also work in some cases, but a vector file gives the best result, especially for embroidery or precise printing.

yes. however, each design may be considered separately for minimum quantities. for example, two different logos or two different embroideries may count as two distinct designs.
is it possible to add embroidery?
yes. we offer embroidery on certain models. additional fees may apply depending on the quantity, logo size, and complexity of the design.
